Cheat

We had a poll on my forum today- how much do you cheat on average during the week on your diet- the average was about twice a week
So I'm posting what Im eating this week
Friday:
BF- 1 Yoghurt, 1 apple
Lunch tuna salad
4 cups of coffee
Have drunk 1 l of water so far going for another 500 ml

Progress

I lost 2.8 kilos last week - Yay now weigh 94.6
This week has been more dificult for me - had lots of cravings, forgot the homeophatic pills & zero crave, also didn't drink all my water. I think that might have been my biggest downfall. Just had to, had to have a chocolate last night. I'm due to go weigh and pee(Argh) today so we'll see if there is any progress

Update- So picked up .2 but still lost centimeters

The diet that everyone talks about

So I joined the diet that everyone talks about yesterday. It's a programme for 10 weeks and involves high protein, LOTS of veg, injections (B12) and homeopathic appetite supressants- I'm hoping to loose 10kg's (holding thumbs thight here) I might still fit into that nr 14 for BIl's wedding!! Week 10 is the 23rd of May. Interesting thing she told me- It's natural by week4/5 to feel despondent and start to lose less weight or to plato- I must remeber this- cause that's usually when I lose momentum.

I deserve to be the best I can be

Been really struggling the last month. I now weigh 92 kg's. Somewhere in my little mind I dont seem to be able to break through 90kg's. But I've resolved to be the best I can be and lose the DARN WEIGHT!!!!
Still sticking to my resolve to wear a no 14 to BIL's wedding in August.
Wanting to lose 4 kg's before we leave on 20 December for the sea.
I got really despondent last week- and took my cm loss- 7cm's from 120 around my middle to 114cm's. I was absolutely amazed!!!

Up and down..

Well I picked u'p 2 kilos struggling with hormones and lost it again last week. This week both kids have been sick and I was bored out of my skull looking after them. Weight 91 kg's.
Dont get me wrong - I love my kids, but a 3 year old and one year old shew.. they take it out of you. So overate and stayed the same!!91kg's

Sjoe!! Struggling

Feeling very tired & bored. Dont even want to exercise. So struggling but trying hard. Was very anxious the past 2 days - dont know for what reason and used food to anethize a bit- had muffin,wimpey burger and sweets. Boss also seems to be looking over my shoulder a bit- pissing me off!!

Followed a high protein diet for 2 weeks - on docs recommendation- lost 2,5kg
This week not so great benn travelling- binged
Trying to stay on the straight and narrow now
going to try and follow this eating plan:
Bfast: Yoghurt & fruit
snack 2 ryvita
Lunch:Tuna/chicken/ham salad
Dinner: Fish/Chicken/steak with veg
